Advanced New Riveting Machines
In 2022, the company has invested US$170,000 to comprehensively improve and update the old riveting machine and high-frequency wave laminating machine. The new riveting machine removes the air compressor, and the drive motor increases the safety of operators. Meanwhile, the stability and accuracy of the battery holders, battery boxes, and battery snaps produced are greatly improved. The biggest advantage of the new riveting machine is that it saves more than 50% of the power than the old riveting machine and the effect of carbon reduction.
